These terms apply to Stellar Deck and all the sites and services we run under that name. When you use the Service, you're entering into a binding agreement with us. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU'RE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND EVERYTHING THEY SAY. IF YOU DON'T AGREE, DON'T USE IT.

PROPRIETARY AND USE RIGHTS

We own everything on the Service—the domain names, trademarks, text, images, videos, all of it. That includes anything from our licensors too. Any rights we haven't specifically given you belong to us. Using the Service doesn't give you ownership of any of that intellectual property. We do let you access and use the Service for playing the game and personal use. It's personal, limited, non-exclusive, and you can't pass it on to someone else.

USE RESTRICTIONS

You can't modify, copy, reproduce, translate, upload, or distribute anything on the Service without permission. The one exception is you're allowed to download some materials for yourself, as long as you keep all the copyright and trademark notices intact, don't change anything, and don't use it commercially. Anything else needs our written approval first. You also can't let other people do any of this either, and you can't use the Service in ways that break the law or these terms. That covers intellectual property laws, privacy laws, export regulations, all of it. Don't scrape data or try to access anything that isn't meant to be publicly available. And don't do anything that would mess up the Service for other people or make it run poorly.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Service might link to other websites, and we don't control those or back what they say. You're responsible for checking them out and following their rules. They operate under different terms than we do.

FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

We like getting feedback about the Service and our games. Just know that if you send it our way, you're giving it to us with no strings attached. We can use it however we want, and you won't get paid for it. You're also responsible for making sure whatever you send is legal, accurate, and original.

PRIVACY

Any personal information you share with us through the Service is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

CHANGES

We can modify, suspend, or shut down the Service anytime without warning. We can also change the terms or policies whenever we want. And we might need to take things offline for maintenance or fixes.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend us and cover our costs if someone sues us because of how you used the Service or because you broke these terms. That includes our directors, employees, agents, and affiliates. You'll pay for lawyer fees, expert fees, and any damages or settlements.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Service is built to let you play a competitive card game and connect with other players. We try to keep everything accurate and current, but it's possible the information could be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Before you rely on anything, double-check it or ask us. WE CAN'T PROMISE THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR ALWAYS RUNNING, OR THAT WE'LL FIX EVERY PROBLEM, OR THAT YOU'LL GET SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT COME AS-IS. EVERYTHING ON IT CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. WE DON'T MAKE ANY WARRANTIES ABOUT ACCURACY, OWNERSHIP, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We're not responsible for how you keep, use, or share any information or content you get through the Service. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES UNLESS THEY'RE A DIRECT RESULT OF US BREAKING OUR OBLIGATIONS. WE'RE ESPECIALLY NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST INFORMATION, INTERRUPTED BUSINESS, LOST PRIVACY, LOST DATA, MONEY LOST, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES—EVEN IF WE KNEW IT COULD HAPPEN. IF WE DO END UP LIABLE TO YOU FOR SOMETHING RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, OUR LIABILITY CAPS AT USD terms00.00. IF A COURT SAYS PART OF THIS CAN'T BE ENFORCED, THAT PART DOESN'T APPLY, BUT THE REST OF IT STILL DOES.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW CHOICE OF LAW CLAUSES LIKE THIS. IF THAT'S WHERE YOU ARE, SOME OF THIS MIGHT NOT APPLY, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE OTHER RIGHTS.

MISCELLANEOUS

These terms replace any earlier agreement or promise about the same thing. They bind you and your heirs. If any part is found to be unenforceable, a court will do its best to make it work anyway and keep the rest of the terms intact. We can delay enforcing our rights without losing them. These terms don't give anyone else any rights. You can't assign these terms to someone else, but we can.
